Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how purchases related to ChristPath are handled.
Where purchases are made
ChristPath subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment records, renewals, and most refund requests are managed by those platforms.
How to request a refund
- Apple App Store: Use Apple’s report-a-problem or subscription support tools for the Apple ID used to purchase.
- Google Play: Request a refund through Google Play’s order history or Play support for the Google account used to purchase.
What we can help with
If you need help locating your purchase, confirming your account, or understanding a billing issue, contact support@joinchristpath.xyz. We will do our best to guide you, though final refund decisions for store purchases are typically made by Apple or Google.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Exceptions
If a charge was made in error due to a clear technical issue on our side, contact us promptly with your account email, platform (iOS/Android), and approximate purchase date so we can investigate.
